Buying or Building New Construction

You are here: Home / Practice Areas / Buying or Building New Construction

Speaking from experience, building a spec’d or custom new construction home can be both exciting and overwhelming. There are a lot of choices to make and options to consider.

The good news is that building your dream home is oftentimes a very happy event; however, some people find themselves bogged down by the process itself which can be very stressful. So many things to manage on top of colors and finishes; the financial aspects of it, figuring out the best location to build, or the best time, understanding the builders contract, negotiating a better position. Then, dealing with all the logistics of contractors, working with the builder, completing your inspections, paperwork, and ensuring you get what you contracted for can add a lot of stress.

My goal is to help my clients navigate the process of building their homes with ease. You’ll still have to pick your tile and your paint colors, but I’ll be there to help you make sense of all the paperwork, the math, and the logistics surrounding your closing. You can rest easy knowing that you’ve got someone in your corner making sure that your home investment is protected and that everything goes as planned.
