There’s an old cliché that states real estate attorneys are a dime a dozen. This statement is certainly not the case when choosing Cheryl Morrison to represent you during the home buying and selling process. If there were six stars to give, I would give them!
Moving is a very stressful, life-changing event; and our situation was outside of the normal tension. We had two closings fall through on the home we were trying to sell, and Cheryl was incredibly supportive, responsive and diligent throughout the entire process. There were also unique legal matters pertaining to our situation that I heavily relied on Cheryl’s expertise. Our move also took place over the holidays, but one wouldn’t know the difference as Cheryl was always responsive, answering questions promptly.
In addition to buying our new home and selling our old home, Cheryl also assisted my elderly mother-in-law with the sale of her home. I have extensive background in real estate and finance, but my mother-in-law needed more assistance with understanding the complexities of the selling process in today’s market. Cheryl was incredibly patient, answered and clarified any questions she had.

As a lawyer myself, seasoned by over 50 years of practice as a plaintiff's trial attorney in major civil litigation - which by its nature precludes timidity in finding fault with others, I have been very much impressed by Cheryl's command of her area of legal practice and her meticulousness and ability to amicably resolve routine and at times complex issues. I doubt you will find anyone who does it better in the localities where she practices.

Cheryl is very knowledgeable and professional in handling my home purchase. This is my first time to buy a home, she helped me to go through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. Cheryl was the absolute best during our home buying process. We were new to buying a home, and had a bunch of questions, which she was able to answer in detail and answer any questions we had before we could even ask them. If you are selling a home, Cheryl is the person to go to! We had a troublesome realtor/buyer and she was able to navigate us, through what seemed to be some "treacherous" waters with ease. Everything was explained in great detail and she notified us immediately when something seemed off or odd. Ultimately she fought for us and got the closing done. I might add, from offer to closing was only 17 days, so she was even taking our calls on the weekend. Thanks so much!
